Whoever was taking drive thru orders at 8:37 PM on May 15th, 2026 has absolutely no business working in a customer service oriented business. I came through the drive thru to get coffee, exhausted after attending a Baylor graduation, and was met with a dry, irritable voice that made it obvious she didn't appreciate me disrupting her at work. After attempting to order, I simply drove off so she could go back to doing whatever she was doing prior to my disruption.
Don’t come here expecting your drink to taste anything how it is supposed to. Every time I try this location it’s always slow and drinks are made in either 20 minutes or 20 seconds and either way it always comes out tasting like sink water. I wish this was a better location because it’s so close to campus but management either needs to hire better baristas or do better training. Money waste.
The asian woman at the window was extremely rude spilled coffee all over my hand couldn't even extend her hand out to hand me my cup I had 2 coffee and a another drink that looked like it wasent even blended looked like a whole damn pile of leaves in it , after spilling coffee didnt apologize this location sucks. And I live 5 hrs away was visiting my mother and wanted to treat her to a nice coffee so much for that, no sugar and no hazelnut like me asked for. Get new staff!!
